Shipping policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Shipping usually takes 2-4 working days within Germany and 4-8 working days to Austria*.

We ship via Deutsche Post Warenpost, DHL Paket and Hermes Paket, which we select individually depending on the package. You can view your shipment number in your order history and in your email inbox.

Shipping times:

Germany: 2-4 days

Austria: 4-8 days

*Workdays from Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays in NRW
