Order deadlines for pre-produced items
For products that are pre-produced and shipped immediately after the order is received, the following order deadlines apply to ensure timely delivery by Christmas Eve (December 24th). This applies to all items from the "For your dog" category as well as the socks from the "Mum & Dad" category .
Order deadlines for delivery by Christmas Eve:
Germany : Friday, December 20th
Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland : Thursday, December 19th
France, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary : Wednesday, December 18th
Bulgaria, Great Britain, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain : Monday, December 16th
Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Cyprus and all other European countries: Friday, December 13th.
Important note: These deadlines only apply to products that have already been pre-produced and are shipped immediately after ordering. To ensure that your package arrives on time, we recommend placing your order early, as DHL expects a high volume of packages in the run-up to Christmas.
Order deadlines for items that are 'not' pre-produced
In the category "Mum & Dad" (hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, mugs, bags, prints) an average production lead time of 5 working days applies. This results in the following order deadlines:
Germany : Sunday, December 15th
Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland : Tuesday, December 14th
France, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary : Tuesday, December 13th
Bulgaria, Great Britain, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain : Saturday, December 11th
Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Cyprus and all other European countries : Sunday, December 8th.

Our support team usually needs 24 to 48 hours to process your request. Please understand that processing times may be longer, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, due to the increased volume of requests.
To get a faster response, especially for purely product-related questions, we recommend that you contact our support via WhatsApp. Our team also works on weekends to help you as quickly as possible before the holidays.

Return of gifts
Of course, it can happen that you don't like the gift after all. If the right of withdrawal has expired, we will still accept returns of goods purchased in December until January 6, 2025 .
This means that you can return items purchased in December 2024 until January 6, 2025, even after the usual deadline has passed.
Please note that the goods must be unused and undamaged. To ensure that your return is processed quickly, we recommend that you register the return in advance via our support team.

Which size should I buy?
Each product that comes in different sizes has a size chart. If you are still unsure, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
We fully understand this, we also change our minds!
We do not currently have a cancellation button, but we are working to introduce one in the future. Until then, please contact us by email and we will check whether cancellation is still possible.
What happens after I place my order?
1. First, you will receive two separate emails from us with the order confirmation and the invoice, and if you have chosen the payment method in advance, also the transfer information.
2. Your goods will then be prepared for dispatch if they are in stock or, in the case of products from the "Mum & Dad" category, will be produced for you. Please understand that this process runs automatically in the background and we will not inform you.
3. As soon as your goods have been packaged, we will inform you by email with a tracking number shortly before your order is handed over to our shipping service provider.
I have a discount code, where can I enter it?
The code can be entered in the shopping cart or at checkout.

How much are the shipping costs?
Germany: Free shipping for orders over 20€, otherwise 4.99€.
Austria: Free shipping for orders over 50€, otherwise 7.99€.
Rest of the EU: Free shipping for orders over 80€, otherwise 9.99€.
How long are the delivery times?
The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days within Germany and 4-8 working days abroad*. Orders received by us Monday to Friday by 12 noon at the latest will be processed on the same working day**.
*The production including shipping from the category Mistress & Master takes about 7-10 working days within Germany and 10-14 working days abroad, as each shirt is handmade for you.
**If you have paid in advance or by direct bank transfer, we can only process your order after we have received payment. This may affect the delivery time stated above.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship to the following countries: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Austria.
Which shipping service provider do you use to send the goods?
All orders are shipped with Deutsche Post / DHL.
Why do I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Since the items in the categories "For your dog" and "For masters and mistresses" are stored at two different locations, joint shipping is unfortunately not yet possible for logistical reasons.
Return and Complaint
How long do I have to exchange my order?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order. Contact us beforehand using our contact form .

Excluded are products manufactured according to customer specifications.
The buyer bears the costs of return.
What should I do if my goods are not OK?
Please contact us by email and send us photos of the defective item.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
Please contact us if you have not received your shipment and we will get in touch with the shipping provider.
Can I keep my free gift?
Free items that you only receive when you spend a certain amount must be returned if the purchase value falls below the required value. Otherwise, you will be charged for them.
Food samples are exempt from this rule, as we have to dispose of them for hygienic reasons.
Can I simply return my goods to you?
Before you return your order to us, we ask you to contact us.

What should be taken into account when making advance payments and instant bank transfers?
If you have paid in advance or by direct bank transfer, we can only process your order after we have received payment. This can affect the delivery time.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Since we avoid overproduction of items, production only takes place after receipt of the order, but we will endeavor to send you your order as quickly as possible.
But we also have weeks in which production capacity is higher than usual, so it can take up to 10 working days for your goods to reach you.
Is it normal for the product to smell a bit chemical?
Since the goods are made by hand after the order and the print on the product is still relatively fresh before shipping, it may happen that smells from the printing process are still noticeable. This is a completely normal process that we unfortunately cannot prevent.
However, the smell should disappear after the first wash. In individual cases, a further wash cycle may be necessary.
What do I need to consider when washing and drying?
We recommend a washing temperature of max. 30 degrees for all our products and the use of a mild detergent . Please avoid using detergents that contain bleach for all our items and always wash printed items inside out, as the print on a T-shirt, for example, could otherwise be permanently damaged .
After washing, you should let your laundry air dry. And if you dry your laundry outside in the sun, we recommend that you leave the item inside out, as this not only preserves the color intensity, but also prevents the print from being unnecessarily stressed.
Why shouldn't I wash my item right away?
Because the print is still relatively fresh and is still solidifying in the fibers of the textile.
Therefore, the textile should not be washed with washing powder in the first week after receipt.
My item has stains, how do I deal with it?
It should be checked before shipping, but unfortunately, when production is at a high capacity, it sometimes happens that it slips through quality control.
If your item has brownish stains, for example, these are production residues that can usually be easily removed.
The item can be washed before the 7 days have elapsed.
Wash the item individually or, if you have ordered several similar colors, together. It is best to wash it cold on a short wash program and preferably with little or even better no detergent.

What size does my dog need?

What do I need to consider when washing and drying?
We recommend washing collars and harnesses worn by your four-legged friend with a mild, fragrance-free detergent and in a laundry net.
After washing, the item should be allowed to air dry.
